🚲 FREE Hands-On STEM Challenge Incursions April through June!

Looking for a fun, engaging sustainability activity for your students? Schools in Melbourne’s Western Suburbs are invited to take part in a FREE 1 HOUR STEM incursion encouraging students to think about sustainable ways of travelling to school.

🚲 The STEM Challenge

Students will take part in a creative design challenge: Design and Create a Bike Hub for Your School.

Working like young engineers, students will design a safe, fun and sustainable bike hub (bike racks, seating, protection from weather, bikes safe, good access to the bikes) that encourages more students to ride their bikes to school. This interactive, hands-on activity is perfect for primary and secondary classes and sustainability teams.

Delivered by our RSS Facilitator, Graziella, who is a fully qualified STEM and Environmental Science teacher. 

🌱 Completely FREE

Conditions

•  ResourceSmart Schools (RSS) Active on the day or prior

• Max 1 booking per school across our incursion series

• One class or Green Team per session

• Only available to schools in Melbourne's Western Metropolitan Region.
